Q: 2. What is the delivery time?

A: For items in stock: 1 to 5 days (after payment confirmation and order processing).
For items that need to be manufactured (custom or out-of-stock): 1 week to 1 month, depending on order quantity, model, and production schedule.
We will confirm the exact lead time upon order confirmation and provide tracking information.

Q: 3. Do you provide any guarantee/warranty on your products?

A: Yes, we offer a 1-year quality guarantee for all CCL brand spare parts (from the date of shipment). This covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Warranty does not apply to misuse, improper installation, or accidents. We provide relevant testing reports and certifications upon request.

Q: 4. What are your payment terms?

A: Accepted methods include:
T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire) – Preferred for large orders.
Western Union, MoneyGram (for small/sample orders).
PayPal (for samples or small amounts).
Terms are negotiable based on order value, relationship, and mutual agreement (e.g., 30% deposit, 70% before shipment; or L/C for big orders).

Q: 5. Can I buy samples? Are samples free?

A: Yes, samples are available.
Sample orders are welcome for quality evaluation.
Samples are not free (charged at sample price, usually higher than bulk due to single-unit production and shipping).

A: We are a factory with our own trading company.
Established in 1995, Guangzhou Pinxiu Auto Parts Co., Ltd. integrates R&D, production, and sales. We have our own production lines and cooperate with factories for complete control over quality. Our brands (CCL, PIN, EPX) are well-recognized in the global aftermarket.

Q: 7. What will you do in case of a quality complaint?

A: We respond to all customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours.
For batch quality issues: We will investigate immediately and offer relevant solutions, such as replacement, refund, or compensation (depending on the situation).
We provide photos/videos, test reports, or third-party inspection if needed.
Our goal is to resolve issues quickly to maintain long-term trust.

Q: 8. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ varies by product:
For most drive shafts, CV joints, shock absorbers: 50–100 pieces per item/model (negotiable for new customers).
We support mixed container orders and can discuss flexible MOQ for long-term partners.

Q: 9. Do you offer customization or OEM/ODM services?

A: Yes, we support OEM/ODM for bulk orders (e.g., private labeling with your brand, custom packaging, or specific fitment adjustments). Low MOQ customization is available for some products – contact us for details.

Q: 10. What certifications do your products have?

A: Our factory holds ISO 9001 quality management certification. Many EPX products meet international standards (e.g., ISO/TS 16949 equivalent for auto parts). We can provide material certificates, salt spray test reports, or third-party inspection (SGS, BV) upon request.

Q: 11. How do you ensure product quality and compatibility?

A: Strict in-house testing (dynamic balance for drive shafts, hardness for bushings, etc.).

100% inspection before shipment.

Q: 12. What about shipping and logistics?

A: We ship worldwide via sea (LCL/FCL), air, or express (DHL/FedEx).
FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou or EXW terms are standard; CIF available on request. We handle export customs and provide necessary documents (invoice, packing list, CO, Form E if applicable).
